General terms of use and sale, RUO clause, eligibility, intellectual property and limitation of liability.
Nature of the site and definitions
The OmniaLabs web portal (hereinafter, «the Site») operates as a distributor specialized in synthetic peptides, proteins and chemical reagents intended exclusively for scientific, medical and laboratory research.
- «Client» or «Buyer»: any natural or legal person who accesses, browses or completes purchase transactions within the Site.
- «Product»: all chemical compounds, lyophilized peptides, solutions and complementary materials offered on the platform.
Absolute exemption from medical use and consumption (RUO clause)
All products marketed by OmniaLabs are classified under the strict Research Use Only (RUO) standard.
Prohibition of direct or indirect use: under no circumstances are the products described on this site intended, designed or authorized for:
- Human consumption or parenteral, oral, topical or inhaled administration.
- Veterinary or diagnostic use in live animals outside protocols approved by institutional ethics committees.
- Clinical, therapeutic or cosmetic applications, food additives or medical devices.
Buyer sworn statement: upon completing a transaction, the Client declares under penalty of perjury that they are a qualified researcher, a representative of an academic or corporate entity, or that they possess the professional competencies, equipped facilities and personal protective equipment (PPE) required to handle analytical-grade chemical substances.
Right to refuse sale: OmniaLabs reserves the discretionary right to cancel any order and refund the funds if there are indications that the product will be used for human or animal consumption or for unauthorized purposes.
Eligibility, registration and user accounts
To make purchases on OmniaLabs, the user must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority under applicable law) and have full legal capacity to contract. Account creation requires truthful and up-to-date information. The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their access credentials.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site —including texts, graphics, logos, source code, datasheets and audiovisual material— is the exclusive property of OmniaLabs or its licensors and is protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws.
Limitation of liability and indemnification
OmniaLabs, its directors, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damage resulting from the use, improper handling, incorrect storage or unauthorized application of its products.
The Client agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify OmniaLabs against any claim, penalty, loss, expense or legal cost arising from breach of these terms or misuse of the purchased materials.
